Located 16 miles northwest of Pullman on Highway 195, Colfax is the seat of Whitman County. The lifestyle of Colfax provides its 2,880 citizens with a unique blend of small town and rural living. Interesting stops include Perkins House Museum, the Codger Pole and the Manning-Rye Covered Bridge.
